Beyond Catering is a chef-led, husband-and-wife-owned catering company serving weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings throughout Galax and the greater Southwest Virginia and Blue Ridge Mountains region.
Founders Meagan Carpenter and Justin Hitt bring over 20 years of combined experience in professional kitchens and event hospitality.
Chef Meagan leads client experience and event planning, Chef Justin leads the kitchen, menu development, and food quality.
We're a small business by design, but we operate with real systems, trained team members, and clear standards behind every wedding, corporate event, and private gathering we cater.
